What kinds of interactions will you have with our customers? You will be using your customer service and problem solving skills to assist customers when it comes to their shareholder accounts via inbound phone calls. Our Customer Service Agents respond to inquiries related to shareholder’s accounts and ensure the highest levels of customer service by building shareholder confidence and creating brand ambassadors for Computershare and our clients. During training you will become a subject matter expert in areas related to shareholder inquiries in order to efficiently resolve shareholder issues. You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals with the opportunity to learn and grow within the financial industry. Compensation $16.50/hour paid biweekly 37.5 hours a week 4 week paid virtual training course 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Following virtual training hours of operation are Monday – Friday / with a 7.5 hour shift between the hours of 8:30am to 8pm. Nine Holidays $1,000 Employee Referral Program Wellness programs Tuition Reimbursement Rewards and recognition programs WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required: The ability to work from home in a virtual environment where you will need the following; 10+ Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (hotspot not acceptable) A personal landline or cell phone A quite workspace Exceptional active listening skills with ability to paraphrase what is being stated to validate understanding Ability to navigate multiple software programs A self-starter who demonstrates great problem-solving skills Solid verbal communication skills with ability to articulate communication clearly and effectively to the shareholder and management team Solid writing skills with ability to write clearly and concisely Ability to multitask and follow assignments to completion with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently Ability to work flexible schedule & work overtime as necessary Excellent basic mathematical problem-solving capabilities such as addition, subtraction, multiply, divide and decimals.
