The Order Management Analyst is focused on processing and releasing quality orders to our retail customers for shipment. The Order Management Analyst works with customers related to product ordering and product delivery and is the first point of contact for our customers. This is a dynamic role with daily interaction with other P&G Supply Chain departments, transportation companies and customers. The Order Management Analyst is an important contributor on the Customer Service team and a key member ensuring customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for an Order Management (OM) Analyst to join our Customer Service Operations team at our Toronto office, beginning September 2020. Please note this will be a full-time, 12-month contract position . The Order Management (OM) Analyst will: Release orders on time to meet customer requested delivery dates. Respond to customer calls and enquiries regarding order status in a timely manner Troubleshoot problems with orders and resolve issues to meet customer requirements Participate in work processes that enable simplification, standardization and control of our order management system. Ability to work in a remote work environment, including a high level of comfort with technology and autonomy. Organization skills and attention to details. Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills are an asset. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. SAP knowledge. Strong excel skills or other digital analytics tools.
