As a Consumer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing an accurate, courteous and efficient customer experience to consumer customers. This includes responding to customer requests and queries of Bell MTS products and services as well as processing customer requests while considering key performance objectives. What you’ll do: Provide an excellent customer experience in the resolution of customer billing inquiries through fact-finding, negotiating, resolving conflict, decision making, and promoting solutions for residential customers: home phone, television, internet Explain charges to the customer to enhance their understanding of billing processes and policies Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges where appropriate and communicate outstanding amounts to customers Preserve and expand the ongoing relationship between the client and the company Discuss the advantages of our plans and products in comparison with the competitive offers What you’ll need: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to quickly connect and interact with people Can multi-task on calls (think, talk and type information) Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Familiarity with competitive products and plans critical in discussion to retain customers Available for the following periods: Monday to Friday from 9 am-7 pm What we offer: An opportunity to develop your sales expertise in the context of telecommunications Teaming up with people who are competitive and motivated by success A chance to increase your professional network Competitive wage – $15.69 per hour Performance based incentives Fully paid professional training and support to help you reach your potential.
