This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business, where we seamlessly connect farming customers with food, feed and industry. The Customer Service Associate will perform administrative tasks for customer service activities. We seek a professional to help execute well-established customer service activities for our single site team. Key Accountabilities Support development and maintenance systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments. Provide straightforward administrative support in executing customer service strategies. Contribute to validate, communicate and coordinate customer service strategies. Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understandingof customer service practices and procedures. You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in related roles. Intermediate level of knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to work remotely with the expectation to come back to the office at a later time. Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of agriculture practices and challenges. Data processing experience. Salesforce.com experience.
