Associate Manager IT is responsible to provide support of operations, planning and execution of the IT strategies related to infrastructure within the region. They will make sure to comply with the country regulations as well as global policies and standards pertaining to IT infrastructure. The IT infrastructure comprises of computer/iPad/iPhone/printer, networks, security, servers, telephony and video conferencing throughout all divisions. This role requires close collaboration with business aligned IT to deliver IT infrastructure capabilities to support the business needs. Would also be responsible in understanding the training needs of the organization and ensuring the execution of the training plans. Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation. Key Responsibilities: Primary activities include, but are not limited to: Support user in using IT devices and infrastructure services, including computer, iPhone, iPad, printer, network connectivity, video conferencing, and internal systems. Work with internal support team located at regional hubs for troubleshooting or project rollout to country. Also work with local vendors on IT devices troubleshooting or replacement when needed. Manage IT devices and services, including device acquisition, invoice receiving, asset management and service contract handling. Provide training or FAQ to users on IT device or system usage. Compose user communication and local language translation to users for IT initiatives, announcement or reminder. Accountable for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations. Proactively look for opportunities to improve the quality and usage of data within the organization to improve efficiency and productivity. Should be having experience to support more than 200 users and more than 300 IT devices independently. Should be having experience in using Remedy ticketing system and SAP Accounting system are added advantage.
