Duties Maintains manual and electronic files, searches for and retrieves information and records Processes, maintains information on, and follows up on routine administrative requests and maintains files to track and account for decisions made. Schedules meetings, conference calls and arranges logistics Maintains and updates administrative systems and databases to control, track and expedite the flow of documentation into and out of the assigned unit. Generates reports and prepares charts, graphs and other documentation Receives and responds to enquiries
