Pay rate: $12 hourly REMOTE QUALIFICATIONS - You must have the minimum computer equipment available: Internet Recommended: Wired connection At least 15 mbps of download bandwidth Satellite internet is not supported or allowed PC Windows 10 Intel i3 or Ryzen 3 CPU 4 GB of RAM Webcam Antivirus software: Configured for either real time scans or twice daily scans Configured for automated virus pattern updates occurring no less than every 24 hours Recommended: Dual monitors Zoom installed for remote assistance Mac OS X Catalina or newer Intel i3 4GB of RAM Webcam Microsoft Remote Desktop client installed Antivirus software: Configured for either real time scans or twice daily scans Configured for automated virus pattern updates occurring no less than every 24 hours Zoom installed for remote assistance Chromebook / ChromeOS Linux Evidence will be required for all the items except anything that is marked as "Recommended". We will provide steps as much as we reasonably can to help get that information. Purpose and Objective Our Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (SCSRs) address customer service issues, create seminar and individual appointments, triage situations or qualify callers on eligibility before transferring to a Licensed Agent. SCSRs place outbound calls to physician group patients to offer appointment assistance and may accept inbound calls for appointment setting or other customer service functions as well. Primary work hours will be 10:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Zone - Monday- Friday. Essential Functions (Primary) Day to day functions could include the following: Place outbound prospecting calls for patient and/or client outreach Function as the first point of contact for our clients Field inbound calls in a courteous and respectful manner Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support Document problems in a detailed fashion and reroute them to the next level of support Work within established performance metrics Uphold Advise quality and compliance standards and "Do No Harm" Exhibit excellent attendance, along with consistent dependability and flexibility in the workplace Education/Skills The following are required to perform the essential functions of the job: High school diploma or GED Prior customer service skills preferred Respectful tone and professional demeanor Performance driven mindset A solutions-minded team player Self-motivation Positive can-do attitude An ethical approach to sales Self-Discipline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit for long periods of time, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
