With over 8 million members, VoucherCodes is one of the UK’s largest money saving websites. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic User Support Freelancer to work as part of our Remote team. Your role will sit within the Remote team, helping to maintain our high standard of support for the users of VoucherCodes. As a User Support Freelancer you’ll be responsible for responding to a range of queries from our users. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job and who wants the flexibility of working from home combined with regular hours. You'll benefit from being part of a large and established freelance team, with extensive training and support from in-house staff. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has a great attention to detail, whilst being happy to work independently. What we need from you Available to work at least 10 hours per week (including a few hours at the weekend) and commit to a long term role. Have at least 3 A Levels (grade C+) or experience commensurate to A Levels. Are permanently based in the UK. Have a computer and access to web connection. Friendly, positive and can-do manner. Have excellent problem-solving skills. Experience using Zendesk (beneficial but is not essential). Customer service experience (beneficial but is not essential). Live Chat experience (beneficial but is not essential). A cool head under pressure. Familiarity with cashback and voucher websites. Ability to quickly adapt to a new Content Management System (CMS) and other software. Excellent written communication skills. What you’ll be doing Responding to a range of user queries and undertaking admin tasks as per user requests. Frequently communicating with in-house staff to flag issues with voucher codes, reward vouchers and other bugs on site. Investigating and resolving reward support issues in a friendly and professional manner. Acting as a positive brand ambassador, helping people shop and save more using our website!
