The Role: The Operations Specialist position is a role at the heart of Cint. We are a fast-paced organization and are redefining the online market research industry. This role offers remote working. The position has the following responsibilities: Troubleshooting escalated issues (both API and non-API related) Working closely with the dev team to both identify bugs and test new features Communicate with internal teams and at times with external clients to ensure efficient and timely support on incoming requests Creating reports in excel to track the performance of both individual Suppliers as well as the system Analyzing the performance statistics and troubleshooting any potential issues Identifying opportunities to optimize existing Suppliers and working closely with other teams in order to implement any required changes As an ideal candidate you are also commercially aware of the market research industry and are able to support commercial teams working directly with clients when needed. Previous experience using Postman, advanced Excel skills and/or previous experience working with APIs is a big plus. Requirements Demonstrable track record that evidences: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the market research sample business is a must Ability to communicate clearly and build strong and trustworthy relationships with both internal and external clients Good technical skills from e.g. survey programming, working with data bases, advanced Excel knowledge or knowledge of a programming language Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously Have a deep knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in the U.S. and international markets Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with effective time management Highest level of quality/ability in written, oral and electronic communications in English Aptitude for listening and problem-solving, analyzing needs and determining solutions for partner needs Expert efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Internet connection to be able to communicate and conduct business worldwide Ability to be flexible in an industry where the only constant is change Bachelor degree – or equivalent through experience This role offers remote working Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Worldwide exposure to some of the biggest suppliers in the sample industry Working with a dynamic organization growing significantly year over year Company-provided laptop and other facilities to enable work from home
