Master Electronics has an exciting career opportunity for a Data Entry and Compliance Representative that will report to the Quality Assurance Manager in Phoenix, AZ. We’re seeking a candidate who is excited about the opportunity to make a difference as the company evolves and enhances our sales team by providing an excellent resource for sales office practices. As a Data Entry and Compliance Representative, you will be responsible for completion of customer requested surveys and product compliance documentation. How you will spend your time: This position is responsible for ensuring all customer requested surveys are answered in a timely manner. There is a 24-hour service level agreement (SLA) Complete compliance paperwork as required by our customers Update part numbers in internal system Other activities and projects as requested by management. We’re excited if you have: High school diploma or G.E.D, preferred 1 to 2 years of data entry experience, preferred Strong interpersonal skills, including face to face, email and telephone Ability to move from one task to another with ease Strong computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet research Time management skills Ability to retain information Exceptional typing skills Strong attention to detail Why Master Electronics?
