With the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are an essential service for all Canadians and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping them with their delivery status, redirected mail and any general inquiries. We expect representatives to offer an efficient, courteous, professional service adapted to the needs of the customers. What we offer: Salary of 14.04$/h after training Fully paid 20-day training (Monday to Friday, an hourly rate of $11.70/hour during training) An hourly premium for bilingualism and weekend shifts; All the support needed to help you reach your full potential; A full range of benefits after 6 months of service. What you’ll need to succeed: Friendly, empathic and dynamic: attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client; Experience in customer service; Solid multitasker, comfortable with a computer Be available full-time to complete training Be available to work between 30 and 40 hours a week in the following time slots:​ Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m; If you wish to work these hours in fewer days per week (4 days per week), it's possible!
