What you’ll need to succeed: Friendly, empathic and dynamic: attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client; Experience in customer service; Solid multitasker, comfortable with a computer Be available full-time to complete training Be available to work between 30 and 40 hours a week in the following time slots: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m; If you wish to work these hours in fewer days per week (4 days per week), it's possible!
