I am open I am candid I am proactive I am confident I am assertive I am tech savvy I enjoy a challenge I like to problem solve I am persistent Qualifications Basic: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of customer service experience (No previous call center is experience is required) Microsoft Office Skills Knowledge of using search engines (e.g. cutting & pasting, moving through multiple windows and keyboarding skills) Able to adhere to assigned schedule Ability to sit for entire shift Must be able to attend onsite, 4-week training class that begins July 27th, 2020 - training is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - Monday to Friday (100% attendance required) The position is a rotating shift assignment Monday – Friday shift hours will be an 8 hour shift between - 9:30am to 7:00 pm local time Saturday shift hours will be 6:30am to 3:00 pm local time, and will be included in the rotation Monthly schedule rotation will be: 2 weeks at Monday-Friday, and 2 weeks at Tuesday-Saturday Must be able to adhere to work regular work schedule Preferred: 1+ years of call center experience 1+ years of sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Staples is an equal opportunity employer and an accommodation will be provided during the hiring process if requested.
