Job Responsibilities: Contribute to the enhancement, development and implementation of HR policies, programs and procedures in the organization. Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan. Full Cycle project based recruitment of candidates; screen resumes and schedule interviews; develop job descriptions and offer terms for new hires. Building and maintain relationships with employment agencies and attend job fairs. Onboard new employees and support orientation. Developed and follow a formal performance review systems. Maintaining accurate and confidential Employee paper and electronic personnel files. Administer payroll and benefits programs. . Employee relations: answer questions on policies, procedures/programs and benefits, assist with grievances and employee discipline, and mediate disputes. Perform other duties to support the full employee life cycle Various administrative duties will include preparing materials for meetings, responding to general correspondence, assisting on special projects as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Human resources or any related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience Experience in construction industry is an asset Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll software Proficiency in ATS, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Attention to details is vital Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks or projects in a timely manner Excellent leadership, problem solving and facilitation Ability to work with limited supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills combined with strong presentation and organizational abilities Fluency in Arabic and English TO APPLY: If you have the skills and experience required for this position, please forward your resume to: E-mail:
