While the Federal Reserve believes the U.S economy is strong, the central bank’s policymakers discussed at a June meeting if a recession is looming, according to Reuters. The central bankers discussed a number of measures used to predict a possible economic downturn. They also expressed concern that mounting trade tensions could do damage to the economy.
